AIS Error Checks – Person Basic
Description
PD01- No Date of Birth
Error Colour Code: 
Error Brief Description: Check to ensure that a date of birth is not left empty.
Location: Core Person Details>Personal Details>Key Details
How to fix this error?
Go to Core Person Details tab in the purple sidebar menu in AIS. Click
on Person Details
In Key Details sub- menu, add the
Date of birth and SAVE.

PD02 - No main PSR recorded
Error Colour Code: 
Error Brief Description: Following assessment, each client or SG MUST be allocated a main PSR and
the field must be updated on AIS to reflect this. PSR needs to be reviewed
accordingly.
Selecting the main PSR populates the Indicative Budget.
Location: Core Person details>Person details>Summary
How to fix this error?
Go to Core Person Details tab in the purple sidebar menu in AIS. Click
on Person Details
In the
Summary sub menu, select Add PSR.
Select
the appropriate PSR from the drop-down list.
The Main PSR button should be changed to ‘Yes’ and Save
Please Note: It is important to ensure that
non-current PSRs are ended and that the Main PSR radio button ‘No’ is selected.
AIS will not calculate an Indicative Budget if the Main PSR ‘Yes’ button
remains selected on a PSR with an End Date.

PD03 - Adult at Risk with no Ethnicity Recorded
Error Colour Code:
Error Brief Description: Error
populates if there is no ethnicity recorded. Check to ensure that a client has a
mapped Ethnicity recorded in person details that is other than "Please
Select".
Location: Core Person Details >Person Details >Key Details
How to fix this error?
Go to Core Person Details tab in the purple sidebar menu in AIS. Click
on Person Details
In Key
Details sub- menu, select the appropriate option from the drop-down list and
SAVE.

PD04 - Adult at Risk with no Gender recorded
Error Colour Code:
Error Brief Description: Check to ensure the Client's gender is recorded in person details.
Location: Core Person Details > Person Details> Key Details
How to fix this error?
Go to Core Person Details tab in the purple sidebar menu in AIS. Click
on Person Details
In Key
Details sub- menu, select the appropriate option from the drop-down list for
the gender and SAVE.
