Plan Form - ANNULAR
HOARD OF 59 ANNULAR BROOCHES FOUND IN A SMALL PIT BY MR R PIERCY WHILST METAL-DETECTING. ALL BROOCHES OF ROUGHLY SIMILAR SIZE AND PATTERN: 2 C.30CM DIAM, OTHERS C.45CM DIAM. ONLY 1 BROOCH, OF A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT PATTERN TO THE REST SHOWS TRACES OF WEAR. LATE C13 DATE. NO OTHER ARTEFACTS FOUND (B1). BOUGHT (B2)
