Plan Form - CIRCULAR
TOWER MILL BUILT 1884 REPLACING UNSAFE TIMBER SMOCK MILL OF 1863. OLD CAP, MACHINERY, FANTAIL RETAINED & NEW SAILS ADDED. CEASED WORKING 1916 & COTTAGE BUILT AGAINST IT INCORPORATING PART LOWER FLOOR (B1-5).
PRESENT SAILS NOT TRUE WORKING EQUIPMENT (B6-8).
AUCTION NOTICE/DESCRIPTION MARCH 1881 (B13).
Grade II. Tower Mill 1863; brick once tarred, now painted white, with dome cap and finial, sails and fantail. Converted to house, with adjoining cottage which is not of special interest (B14).
