OBJECT, CALLED A COPPER FIBULA (B1) ARMILLA (B2) BRONZE TORQUE (B4). 5INS DIAMETER, ENDS DILATED &TURNED BACK TO FORM HOOK/FASTENING (ILLUS)(B4). FOUND IN BED OF SOLID CLAY 5FT BELOW SURFACE, BESIDE A RIVULET, NOT 1 MILE FROM WINSLOW (B1). REPUTED FOUND IN OLD CLAYPITS, BEHIND STATION RD (NGR)(B7).
