Full description

THOMAS CHAUCER, SON OF THE POET, DIED SEISED OF AN ESTATE IN GREENLANDS IN 1434. IN 1480 JOHN D'OYLY (OF YEWDEN) AQUIRED THE ESTATE FROM WILLIAM STONOR & THE 2 PROPERTIES UNIFIED (SEE CASS 04540). THEY WERE SEPARATED AGAIN 1688-1867. SMALL ESTATE, NOT A LEGAL MANOR, W OF DAIRY LANE (B1-2).
