DELAFORD MANOR, HELD IN C17 OF IVER MANOR, MAY BE IDENTICAL WITH LA FELDE MANOR HELD IN 1344, BUT MORE LIKELY LANDS HELD BY THE FORD FAMILY (MANORIAL HISTORY). KNOWN AS MANOR OF FORDE IN HENRY VIII'S REIGN & OCCUPIED PART OF (LATER) DELAFIELD ESTATE, THOUGH NOT S PART WHERE DELAFIELD PARK STANDS (B1-2).
